PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having excellent member protective property during storage or processing and excellent peeling property of a protective film. SOLUTION: The laminate is formed by laminating the surface protective film on one member selected from an optical member, an automobile member, an electro and electric member, a building material member and a stationery-office supplies member and the peeling strength when the surface protective film is peeled off satisfies relation 1 of S30≥S300or relation 2 of S30≥S1000×1.2, where S30expresses peeling strength at 30 mm/min peeling speed, S300expresses peeling strength at 300 mm/min peeling speed and S1000expresses peeling strength at 1000 mm/min peeling speed.
