PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool with a constitution capable of improving workability in fixing to and removing from an internal surface of a pipe and preventing poor rotation of a rotary shaft by swarf. SOLUTION: The cutting tool includes: a tube axis 5 having a feed rotary shaft 8 of an edge supporting frame 10 with a CT inserted inside; a rotating operation member 7 comprising a nut member axially movable by engaging with a threaded part 5A formed on a falling part on an outer peripheral surface of the tube axis 5; an X-shaped link member 2 having respective extending ends attached to a sliding link support member 4A pushed to move by the rotating operation member and a fixed link support member 4B opposite thereto; a coil spring 6 provided between the pair of link support members for applying force to push back the sliding link support member 4A; and a fixed leg piece 3 attached to the other extending end of the X-shaped link member and capable of pushing the internal surface of the tube. The fixed leg piece 3 is equipped with a swarf receive 3C formed of a recess between a pair of end plates 3B butting with the end surface of the tube and capable of gathering the swarf.
