PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal system capable of moving a mobile communication terminal to a public mode or turning off power by the voluntary action of an apparatus user without using compelling power such as a power-off signal by an external transmitter in an inhibiting area of the use of the mobile communication terminal in an aircraft or the like, and a silent mode setting area in a theater or the like. SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal system comprises a transmitter installed at a spot reported as a restriction area for restricting communication, and a mobile communication terminal where a signal transmitted by the transmitter can generate an incoming call sound of the mobile communication terminal. The signal can designate the type and the number of the generation of the incoming call sound, whether the incoming call sound is generated when the mobile communication terminal is set in the public mode, and whether a vibration function is terminated and the incoming call sound is generated when the vibration function is set even in the public mode.
