PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throw-away rotary tool, capable of improving removability of a throw-away tip and preventing deformation or breakage of a body due to collision of a removed throw-away tip. SOLUTION: The throw-away rotary tool includes a body having a protruding connection portion 13 divided at a groove portion and a throw-away tip having a plurality of vertically installed portions. The protruding connection portion 13 comes into contact with the vertically installed portion at a sliding portion 13h consecutively installed on a first inclination portion 13i inclined downward. When the throw-away tip is relatively rotated, the protruding connection portion 13 is elastically deformed by a wedge effect of the first inclination portion 13i to reduce the force for pressing the protruding portion, thereby reducing a frictional force. Thus, the initial speed of the rotation of the throw-away tip can be reduced and the action and speed of the removed throw-away tip can be controlled, so that the throw-away tip can be prevented from colliding with a body and, even upon collision with the body, the body can be prevented from being deformed and damaged.
