摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain construction in a short time with a small number of persons and materials and to surely prevent piping even when water leaks in the ground surface with a slope. SOLUTION: A flexible watertight sheet 7 with a water intake 8 is spread on the ground surface with a water leakage part 6 so that the water intake 8 coincides with the water leakage part 6. The outer peripheral edge of the sheet 7 is pulled up and supported to a frame 15 installed to surround the periphery of the water leakage part 6, and water leaking out of the water leakage part 6 is stored in the sheet 7 of container shape.
