PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily confirm whether or not a fire extinguisher is stored. SOLUTION: For the tunnel fire extinguisher apparatus 10, the fire extinguisher is stored in a fire extinguisher storage part 39 provided with a fire extinguisher door 32 to be freely opened and closed; a hose with a nozzle is stored inside a casing, and when extinguishing a fire, the hydrant door of the casing is opened; the hose with the nozzle is pulled out and a fire is extinguished. The fire extinguisher door 32 is provided with an inspection window 35 through which the inside is visible; a marker 78 for which a plurality of triangle marks 80 are transversely lined at prescribed intervals is disposed on the back surface inside the casing visible through the inspection window 35; the marker 78 is concealed in the state of storing the fire extinguisher, and the marker 78 is visible from the outside in the state of not storing the fire extinguisher.
