<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-density and high-capacity carbon nanotube field-emission emitter electrode which has a simple manufacturing process and has the carbon nanotubes aligned in one fixed direction covering a big area. <P>SOLUTION: Diffusion liquid in which the carbon nanotubes are diluted in a solvent is diffused on a base plate fixed on an upper end of an electromagnetic field generation unit and after the carbon nanotubes are aligned in a direction of the electromagnetic field, the carbon nanotubes are fixed by metal vapor deposition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
