PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and easily attach a bracket by welding to a bent part formed by a plastic machining of a long pipe. SOLUTION: A vehicle bulkhead structure is constructed in such a way that a first bent part 63 is formed under a bending method to connect a stopper bracket 54 to the first bent part 63 by a bender method. Welding beads 77 for use in fixing the stopper bracket 54 are arranged at the right and left outer peripheral central portions 87 where a horizontal line passing through the center of the section crosses the outer peripheral surface 86 of the pipe frame in the case that an attitude of section is defined so as to cause a center point C1 of curvature applied when the pipe frame is bent under an assumption of the section of the first bent part 63 to be located below.
