The present invention relates to a frame for a sound-proof panel, in which the installation angle can be adjusted depending upon the slope of the road side where the sound-proof panel is installed. An embodiment of the invention provides a frame for a sound-proof panel, which comprises upper and lower horizontal members, left and right vertical members, and four angle-adjusting members connected to lengthwise upper and lower portion of the left and right vertical members in an angle-adjusting manner. Both end portions of the upper and lower horizontal members are connected to the angle-adjusting members. |
