<p>The device has a lifting production device (11) provided with an electrical motor (2). The motor has a rotor (4) with a rotating motion converting element for converting a rotating motion into a lifting motion produced by the rotor. The rotor has an upper rotor and a lower rotor formed as a nut of ball screws. The upper and lower rotors are coaxially arranged for producing the rotating and lifting motions. Spindles (5) of the ball screws are connected to a common axle for producing the rotating and lifting motions. The motor is designed as a servo actuator such as torque motor.</p>
