PURPOSE: A method for providing office environment management service is provided to rapidly solve the network failure by transmitting management message to a manager. CONSTITUTION: A web server receives a management request message(S310). The web server transmits a management command to a manager of the requesting business site(S330). The web server receives a management completion message from the manager(S340). The web server stores the received management request message(S350). The web server stores the received management completion message(S350).
