PURPOSE: A pattern forming apparatus for a light guiding plate is provided to prevent the warpage of the light guiding plate by transferring the patterns of a patterning mold to the light guiding plate. CONSTITUTION: A temperature adjusting unit(20) adjusts the temperature of a light guiding plate by being installed on the upper side of a base mold(10). A patterning mold(30) is arranged on the upper side of the temperature adjusting unit and supports the lower side of the light guiding plate. A plurality of patterns(35) is formed on the upper side of the patterning mold in order to transfer patterns to the light guiding plate. A pressurizing roller part(40) pressurizes the upper side of the light guiding plate.
