<p>The heavy duty loading system (10) has two mutually parallel crane runway girder along which a lifting machine (22) is movable. The lifting machine is equipped with a traveling trolley (18). The crane runway girder is mounted on a support structure (12) at the land side, and is mounted on another support structure (14) at the ship side. An independent claim is also included for a method for loading or unloading of ships.</p> |
