FAULT-TOLERANT NETWORK USING VRRP AND IMPLEMENTING FAULT-TOLERANCE OF NETWORK AND ROUTERS

PURPOSE: A method for implementing a fault-tolerant network using VRRP(Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol) is provided to independently apply a duplication of router with equipment. CONSTITUTION: A 1-1 port of a first router(10) comprises a first VRID(Virtual Route Identifier) and a first VLAN(Virtual Local Area Network). A 1-2 port of the first router comprises a second VRID and a second VLAN. The 1-1 port and the 1-2 port are set as a master. A 2-1 port of a second router(20) comprises the first VRID and the first VLAN. The 2-2 port of the second router comprises the second VRID and the second VLAN. The 2-1 port and 2-2 port are set as the backup.
