PURPOSE: A device for transferring a vehicle body is provided to ensure workability and safety since a shuttle is stably fixed, thus shaking or movement is prevented during operation. CONSTITUTION: A device for transferring a vehicle body comprises a transfer frame(10), a transfer unit, a shuttle(30) and a clamping unit(40). The transfer unit is installed along the length of the transfer frame. The shuttle is transferred along the transfer frame by the transfer unit. The clamping unit is installed along the length of the transfer frame and fixes the shuttle on a working position. The clamping unit comprises a body(41), a support member(43), a pressure member(45) and a driving cylinder(47). The body is connected to the transfer frame. The support member is connected to the lower parts of both sides of the body. The pressure member is hinge-coupled to the upper parts of both sides of the body. The driving cylinder is hinge-coupled to the support and pressure members.
