PURPOSE: A crosswalk safety device and a crosswalk safety system using the same are provided to secure the safety of a pedestrian. CONSTITUTION: A body part(11) is installed on a crosswalk. An object sensor(12) is embedded to the inside of the body part and senses the object on the crosswalk. An alarm unit(13) transmits an alarm signal to the outside. A controller analyzes the signal of the object sensor and operates the controller. A power supply unit supplies power.
