The present invention relates to monoolein cubic phase nanoparticles surface-modified with hydrophobized cationic polymers and a manufacturing method thereof. A manufacturing method for the monoolein cubic phase nanoparticles surface-modified with hydrophobized cationic polymers comprises: a step of manufacturing monoolein cubic phases capturing target materials in a water channel by adding an aqueous solution including the target materials in a monoolein melt solution and hydrating the ingredients; and a step of manufacturing monoolein cubic phase nanoparticles coated with hydrophobized cationic polymers on the surfaces by adding water phases in which the hydrophobized cationic polymers and dispersing agents are dissolved on monoolein cubic phases capturing the target materials and homogenizing ingredients. The monoolein cubic phase nanoparticles surface-modified with hydrophobized cationic polymers according to the present invention increase skin persistence by electrostatic interaction with the surface of skin by modifying the surfaces of monoolein cubic phase nanoparticles with hydrophobized cationic polymers and is able to improve the penetrability of target materials. |
