PURPOSE: A communication method between a radio apparatus and a satellite terminal is provided to integrate a short distance and a long distance communication. CONSTITUTION: A third wire transceiving unit(410) is connected to a second radio apparatus. A fourth wire transceiving unit(420) is connected to a second satellite terminal. A DTMF(Dual Tone Multi-Frequency) analysis unit(430) analyzes the DTMF signal of the satellite terminal and the radio apparatus. A PTT signal generating unit(440) generates a PTT on signal. According to the property of the received signal, a tone signal generating unit(450) generates a specific tone signal. A third control unit(462) controls function blocks of the interlocking device.
