PURPOSE: A bicycle with a display device displaying a ground surface is provided to mount a display device for optically displaying speed data on a ground surface of a fixed frontal spot of a user, thereby enabling a driver to check speed without danger during driving. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle with a display device comprises the following units. A speed sensing unit(10) detects moving speed of a bicycle. The speed is installed in a wheel. A controller(20) receives and processes data from the speed sensing unit to be provided to a user. A display device(30) receives speed data from the controller and displays the speed data on a ground surface.
