<p>The device (1) has a pulling tool (14) pulling a cutting fire area by upper and lower cutters (5, 6), and a magnetic strip (12) fixing a thin and adhesive belt (2) and including a blank holder (11) on top of the belt. The strip is connected with a metal element that covers the belt or is fixed with a clamping plate arranged below the belt. The belt is lifted with a flange for collecting a grip section of the tool. The strip directly pushes the belt on the lower cutter or an intermediate plate in a position in which the belt is suppressed, where the plate is overlapped with the cutter.</p> |
