PURPOSE: A heat generating device using fluid is provided to enable fluid to quickly and efficiently generate heat, since fluid is successively discharged through a compressing space. CONSTITUTION: A heat generating device using fluid comprises a first cover(60a), a second cover(60b), a rotational plate, and multiple fixing plates. The first cover connects to a flow path forming shaft(21) of a rotary shaft(20) and had a fluid inlet(52). The first cover is fixed and coupled with one side of an outer case(50). The second cover includes a fluid outlet(54). The second cover is fixed and coupled with the other side of the outer case. Friction bars(31a-31c) are arranged on one side of the rotational plate along the columnar direction of the rotational plate. The rotational plate rotates according to the rotation of the rotary shaft. The multiple fixing plates position partition walls(10a~10d) between the friction bars.
