PURPOSE: A method for video encoding and decoding considering adaptive loop filtering is provided to restore a current picture by performing loop filtering for deblocked data. CONSTITUTION: A receiver(1501) receives bitstream about the encoded video, and perform parsing for the data. An extracting unit(1505) extracts a video data of a current picture which is allocated from the bit stream in the encoding unit of the maximum size maximum encoding unit, encoding depth, and encoding mode about the maximum encoding unit, and filter factor information for performing loop filtering for the current picture. An image data decoding part(1540) decodes a video data encoded the maximum encoding unit based on the information about the encoding mode.
