COMPOSITION FOR INHIBITING APOPTOSIS

PURPOSE: A composition for suppressing apoptosis is provided to effectively suppress endogenic and exogenic apoptosis and to treat diseases caused by abnormal apoptosis control. CONSTITUTION: A composition for treating ischemic diseases contains fusion protein of protein transduction domain Tat or 11R(arginine) and Hsp27, 3.0-5.0% of sulfate, and temperature reversible methyl cellulose gel. The ischemic diseases are treated by apoptosis suppression. The composition is used for injection. The composition is easy to maintain and handle before injecting by sol-gel conversion at 37 °C.
