PURPOSE: A method for heating water and air using a vacuum pump is provided to enable a user to obtain a temperature of 90 degree by consuming low energy. CONSTITUTION: A method for heating water and air using a vacuum pump comprises following steps. An evaporating tub(1) for containing water and a condensing tub(2) for containing water are provided. A pipe(4) is prepared between the evaporating tub and the condensing tub for the flow of steam. The water in the condensing tub is decompressed by the drive of a vacuum pump(3) on the side surface of the top of the condensing tub just before saturated vapor pressure. The generated steam of the evaporating tub enters into the water of the condensing tub.
