PURPOSE: An automated teller machine, a client consulting system and a method for the system are provided to smoothly transfer the intention of a client by displaying a transaction process screen of an ATM on a PC of an operator. CONSTITUTION: An ATM(10) performs a financial work process, and a customer interphone(20) communicates with a consultant of a customer center in association with the ATM. A customer management system performs the communication with the ATM, and a server performs the communication between the customer management system and the ATM. The ATM includes a database for storing a transaction progress screen when processing a financial work. If the customer management system requests the transaction screen, the transaction progress screen is transferred to the customer management system through the server. |
