PURPOSE: An interverterbral fusion cage is provided, which can prevent damage of the backbone due to a cage by absorbing an impact applied from the outside. CONSTITUTION: An interverterbral fusion cage comprises: a hollow(14) penetrated to the top from the bottom; a lateral opening(15) which is formed in order to communicate with the hollow; and a pair of cage pieces(10,20) equipped with a hanging saws in one side coming into contact with the backbone. A pair of cage pieces are interconnected to each other by placing a predetermined buffer space in which a leaf spring is installed.
