FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: high-frequency resonator includes conducting chamber or sleeve attached at least with two inductive elements or stocks (4) to capacitor electrode and is designed as per the following method. Design method of high-frequency resonator involves the following subsequent stages: division of volume of the above high-frequency resonator into row of parts (10, 20, 30), each of which includes the appropriate stock (4); imposition of magnetic orthonormality conditions on boundary surfaces between the above parts (10, 20, 30) of resonator; calculation of size and/or position of the appropriate stock (4) of relatively physical conditions at boundaries of the above parts. ^ EFFECT: invention allows increasing frequency and improving quality factor thus maintaining the necessary compactness. ^ 27 cl, 7 dwg |
