PURPOSE: A dual-wall sewer pipe using a reinforcing bar and a molding device thereof are provided to improve the strength against internal and external pressure by connecting with first and second reinforcing bars. CONSTITUTION: A dual-wall sewer pipe comprises a cross-shaped reinforcing support and a reinforcing profile(20). The cross-shaped reinforcing support is composed of first and second reinforcing supports(11,12). The first and second reinforcing supports are form in lengthwise. A reinforcing wing(11a) is projected in the left side center of the first reinforcing support.
