PURPOSE: A preheating plug which can accurately measure the pressure of a combustion chamber of a diesel engine through a pressure measurement device is provided to reduce error source by eliminating the temperature gradients between a heater bar and a housing. CONSTITUTION: A preheating plug comprises a housing(1), a heater bar(3), and pressure measurement devices(4,6). The heater bar moves in the housing in an axial direction. The heater bar is projected from the front side of the housing. The pressure measurement device measures the pressure of the combustion chamber.
