PURPOSE: A bicycle with a horizontal control function is provided to minimize the loss of power transmission on a slope by the replacement or supplementation of minimum components. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle with a horizontal control function comprises a front wheel part, a saddle, a rear wheel part, and a position control unit. The front wheel part comprises a front-wheel and a front-wheel frame supporting the front-wheel. The saddle comprises the saddle and the saddle frame supporting the saddle. The rear wheel part comprises the rear wheel and the rear wheel frame supporting the rear wheel. The position control unit controls the location of the pedal and the saddle. A lower frame(2) and a rear frame(3) are connected by a rotatable rear wheel part connection shaft(1). A hydraulic cylinder or a pneumatic cylinder(4) is connected to the fixed location of the rear frame and the lower frame.
