PURPOSE: A rolling prevention apparatus for a sea floating body is provided to prevent the roll of a sea floating body which stays at one place, since first and second damping plates are spread. CONSTITUTION: A rolling prevention apparatus for a sea floating body comprises a first damping plate(110), a second damping plate(120), and a drive unit. The first damping plate is spread to both sides of a sea floating body(100) to prevent the roll of the sea floating body. The second damping plate is spread to the lower surface of the sea floating body to prevent the roll of the sea floating body. The drive unit spreads the first and second damping plates. The first and second damping plates are spread to the entire surface of the sea floating body.
