PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building with a sun parlor allowing efficient use of the sun parlor installed in a veranda in either of winter and summer. SOLUTION: The surface part of a sun parlor floor 20, which constitutes a floor of the sun parlor 16 on the veranda 15, and the surface part of a wall 22 of the sun parlor 16 serve as heat storage parts 20a and 22a, and heat radiated from the heat storage parts 20a and 22a in the night warms the sun parlor 16. A skylight 27 is arranged to be opened/closed in a roof 26 above the sun parlor 16 while a communication part 31 allowing communication between the sun parlor 16 and an attic 30 is arranged to be opened/closed, so that heat in the sun parlor 16 is released to the outside from the skylight 27 and is released to the attic 30 from the communication part 31 in summer.
