PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high accuracy power supply wherein the effects of disturbance, i.e., the common mode noise current components superimposed on the input signal of an AC-DC converter current control means, can be reduced and the current to be conducted through a load can be controlled with high accuracy. SOLUTION: In the high accuracy power supply, a current to be conducted through a load 21 is detected by a positive side load current detection means 4a and a negative side load current detection means 4b, and the detection signals 31a and 31b are averaged by an output current averaging means 11 to produce an input signal to the AC-DC converter current control means 13.
