PURPOSE: A gear pump for a viscous medium which is used to transfer an elastomeric material to a die from a compressor is provided to allow the access to a chamber by mounting first and second bevel gears in a chamber to rotate. CONSTITUTION: A gear pump for a viscous medium comprises a housing(20), a first bevel gear, a second bevel gear, and a drive machinery. The housing has a first side plate(30), a second side plate(31), an internal gear chamber, a material inlet, and a material outlet. The first bevel gear is arranged in the chamber and is in the housing to rotate around the first rotary shaft. The second bevel gear is meshed with the first bevel gear. |
