<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information capable of promoting the smooth proceeding of a conference in a conference system. <P>SOLUTION: A control unit of an administrative server determines whether or not a connection process is executed (step S30). If it is determined that the connection process is executed (step S30; YES), a device information confirmation process is then executed (step S31). Topic provision data are then acquired from an information server over a network on the basis of device information (step S32). The control unit of the administrative server transmits to a conference device the topic provision data acquired from the information server (step S34).
