PURPOSE: A motion-based game input device and a game method using the same are provided, which enables a player to realize a real feeling and to learn a game while enjoying the game. CONSTITUTION: A motion-based game input device comprises: a sensing height and angle control unit which supports golf balls and controls sensing height and angle according to each game; a sensing unit(100) sensing dynamic information of a golf club head and dynamic information of a baseball bat; and a controller(200) extracting parameter about movement property of the baseball bat, golf ball, and golf club based on data stored in a memory unit(300).
