COVER APPARATUS FOR RAIL WAGONS AND GRAIN HOPPER CAR WITH THE SAME

A cover apparatus for rail wagons, which is provided for fitting with the loading opening of the wagon body, includes a drive shaft (1), a cover (2), a chain transmission mechanism (3) and an actuator (4). Wherein, the drive shaft is arranged along the length direction of the wagon body and is set on the top of the wagon body by at least two shaft supports(l 1); the cover is fixedly connected with the drive shaft, and driven by the drive shaft to rotate about the axis thereof, so as to perform the opening or closing operation; the chain transmission mechanism is set on the end of one side of the wagon body, an output sprocket (31) is linked with the drive shaft through a sprocket shaft (5) and rotated coaxially; the actuator is connected with the chain transmission mechanism in order to drive it. In use, the operator can open or close the cover conveniently, thus the work efficiency can be improved, the labor intensity can be reduced, and the operational safety can also be improved. A rail wagon with the cover apparatus is also provided.
