PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical apparatus and optical equipment, which can effectively remove charged dust or the like. SOLUTION: The optical apparatus includes: a substrate 18 through which light is translucent; a first electrode group 42A including a plurality of electrodes 42 provided on the substrate 18 at intervals and for transmitting light therethrough; a second electrode group 42B including a plurality of electrodes 42 provided on the substrate 18 at intervals and for transmitting light therethrough; and a control part 50 which can perform first control to output an AC voltage to the first electrode group 42A and second control to output an AC voltage to the second electrode group 42B. At least one of electrodes constituting the first electrode group 42A is positioned between the plurality of electrodes 42 constituting the second electrode group 42B, and at least one of electrodes constituting the second electrode group 42B is positioned between a plurality of electrodes 42 constituting the first electrode group 42A.
