SOLUTION: The device includes a Bluetooth (R) controller part 4 for performing BT(BR/EDR) communications, a Bluetooth (R) management part 2 for performing a communication process relating to signals of the BT(BR/EDR) and a BT(WLAN), for selecting any one of the BT(BR/EDR) and the BT(WLAN), and for producing a transmission signal, a WLAN communication control part 34 for performing transmission control of a wireless LAN transmission signal and a BT(WLAN) signal, a WLAN wireless part 35 for transmitting and receiving a wireless LAN signal and the BT(WLAN) signal, and a state control part 33 for outputting to the Bluetooth (R) management part 2 when a signal received by the WLAN wireless part 35 is the BT(WLAN) signal while outputting to a bridge part 31 when the signal is the WLAN signal.
