<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print control unit for creating a printed matter in which a plurality of print page data is arranged in each print area when a printed matter made in a binding form by folding paper sheets, is created. <P>SOLUTION: The print control unit inputs layout data for determining a layout of each page in printing a plurality of pages of print data in combination on one paper sheet, extracts and holds a page data part to be printed as a single page from the print data in accordance with the input layout data, and outputs the print data to be created from the held page data. The print control unit includes: a specifying unit for specifying combination and layout of the plurality of print data pages on one page, in which the printed result on the paper sheet is bound, to the layout data; and a creating unit for creating the print data on which the plurality of page data are arranged on the one bound page in accordance with the layout data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
