<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure assured and superior electrical connection in a normal state and assured separation of a broken overvoltage limiting element, and to achieve the highest possible insulation resistance and current-resistance leakage property to discharge the largest possible pulse current by an overvoltage protection element, even when the size of the overvoltage protection element is made as small as possible. <P>SOLUTION: In the overvoltage protection element, a conductive coupling element is connected to an insulation separating element, when connection between the coupling element and a second connection contact as well as a second pole of a structuring element for limiting overvoltage is released by heat, so that the insulation separating element is moved between the second connection contact and the second pole of the structuring element for limiting overvoltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
