PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus equipped with a printed circuit board having high reliability by reducing stress applied to a cut portion. SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 1 is equipped with: a housing 10; a printed wiring board 24 accommodated in the housing 10; and a circuit component 22 having outer peripheral surfaces 30b, 30c and electrically connected to the printed wiring board 24. The printed wiring board 24 has: an outer peripheral edge 40a; at least a pair of edge portions 43, 45 extended in mutually crossing directions, opposed to the outer peripheral surfaces 30b 30c of the circuit component 22, and located inside the outer peripheral edge 40a; and a projection portion 47 located between the pair of edge portions 43, 45 and projected toward the circuit component 22.
