PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barycentric motion type lure having a simple structure. SOLUTION: The lure 2 is equipped with a body 20 having a head 26 and a tail 28, a guide wire 14 installed in the inside of the body 20 so that the head 26 side may be present at the front side and the tail 28 side may be present at the rear side, a weight 16 through which the guide wire 14 is passed and which is slidable along the guide wire 14, and a stopper 18 positioning the weight 16 at the front-side position of the guide wire 14. The guide wire 14 is supported at the rear end part 34, and the front terminal part 36 is formed into a free end. The barycenter near to the head 26 is achieved because the weight 16 is positioned in a posture of being positioned at the front side by a stopper 18 in water in the lure 2. The engagement of the weight 16 with the stopper 18 is constituted so as to be released by the movement of the weight 16 in the direction separating from the stopper 18 by the bending of the guide wire 14.
