<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily break a non-contacting tag in a cartridge provided with a casing for containing a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic tape cartridge 1 is provided with the casing 2 for containing a magnetic tape. In the casing 2, a label area 6 for pasting an RFID label 7 which is integrally provided with an RFID tag 71 comprising an IC chip 72 and antennas 73, 73 connected to the IC chip 72 is formed.
