摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent lowering of an underground water level and ground subsidence in the installation ground of a base rock storage tank. SOLUTION: This low-temperature fluid storage facility in a base rock has a membrane type base rock storage tank 1 formed by burying a drain pipe network 6 in sprayed concrete, and burying a heating pipe network 7 in skeleton concrete, by forming a lining composed of the sprayed concrete 2, the skeleton concrete 3, a cold reserving material 4 and a membrane material 5 on a surface of a cavity excavated in the base rock, and is constituted for storing a low temperature fluid while draining water by collecting underground water from a peripheral base rock by the drain pipe network, while maintaining at least an outer peripheral part of the skeleton concrete, its outside sprayed concrete and the peripheral base rock at the freezing temperature or more by the heating pipe network, and has an underground water cultivating facility 10 for artificially cultivating the underground water by supplying water from a ground surface part to the ground above the base rock storage tank.
