<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden due to the power break of a load circuit, by improving the effective instantaneous power failure resistance of a power unit. <P>SOLUTION: The power unit 10 includes a rectifier circuit 11, which rectifies inputted commercial AC power; a boosting circuit 12 which boosts the output voltage of the rectifier circuit 11 and outputs the boosted output voltage; and a DC/DC converter circuit 13 which performs the DC-DC voltage conversion of power, after boosting by the boosting circuit and supplies it to an external load. The power unit includes a break control circuit 14, which detects the boosted output voltage and breaks the power supply to a load circuit LC by a DC/DC converter circuit 13 in case that it is under a specified break determination voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
