<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner cartridge capable of preventing a toner discharge member inside the toner cartridge from being locked and enabling stable supplying of toner, and to provide an image forming apparatus that uses the toner cartridge. <P>SOLUTION: The toner cartridge 200 includes a toner storing part 206 storing toner; a toner discharging part 204 having a toner discharge port 204a; and a screw auger 202, having a rotary shaft 202a and a helical blade 202b for conveying the toner in the toner storing part 206 to the toner discharging part 204. The helical blade 202b is constructed so that an inclination angle θ1 of a toner thrust face 202bba of a discharging helical blade 202bb positioned at an upper part of the toner discharge port 204a to the axial direction of the rotary shaft 202a is smaller than an inclination angle θ11 of a toner thrust face 202baa of a conveying helical blade 202ba, positioned in the toner storing part 206 with respect to the axial direction of the rotary shaft 202a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
