<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a surface layer of a lens array is released to generate dust when a light emitting element substrate and the lens array are adjusted positionally in a direction at right angles to an optical axis, thereby decreasing a quantity of light and distorting an image imaged on a photoreceptor owing to scattering of the light if the dust occur on an optical path. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of assembling a line head 13 which includes: both the lens array 80 in which a resin layer 83b equipped with lenses 64 is formed on a glass s; and spacers 81 and 82 as a supporting member for supporting the lens array 80, the resin layer 83b of the lens array 80 and the spacers 81, 82 are joined by an adhesive 90 in which a spherical gap material 91 harder than the resin layer 83b is mixed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
