PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein handling of a person practicing a finger pressure treatment does not get stable, because of bringing an appliance pressing form to make difficult the finger pressure treatment and massage over a long time, since a gripping portion is located in an operator side from an acting point in a conventional hand gripping type massage appliance, a problem wherein the appliance is not stabilized for an operator to make difficult the massage over a long time, since almost all of the acting points in contact with an affected part of a person to be treated are point-like, and the like. SOLUTION: The grip 1 is formed into a shift lever-like shape of a vehicle to control freely a direction of the massage. A power point 3 is formed into a shallow concave face met to the thenar to apply force easily. The massage appliance is stabilized when operated, by forming the acting point 2 linearly, and a sufficient effect is obtained by slight force. The shape is formed in order to use the appliance freely and easily by arranging the grip 1, the acting point 2 and the power point 3 in this order.
