PURPOSE:To obtain a large displacement amount within a narrow space, by securing the reverse-connected bimetal through continuation of several sets of the bimetal in which the polymerizing positions differ to each other for two sheets of metal bars of different thermal expansion coefficient and then attaching one end of the reverse-connected bimetal to the fixture part and the other end to the objected to be supported.
